We are lucky enough to have a holiday house in Alaro, Mallorca. In 2020 we were delighted to commission local building company P&Y to renovate and extend our beautiful town house. In working with Jess and Francois we unexpectedly found two people who not only share our experience of developing spectacular spaces for sustainable living and working, but also our passion for this island and a rare obsession with detail. It seemed an obvious – and exciting – step to pool our resources, ambitions and talents. And so Coertze & Clacher was born, to create beautiful homes with soul right here on the island, while creating employment and opportunity along the way

We’re two passionate creators with a background in building everything from beautiful homes to luxury yachts. With years of hands-on experience in construction and design, we bring care, precision, and a love for detail to every project we take on here in Mallorca. Along our journey, we were lucky enough to meet David and Rachel—two people who share our values and vision.
